Universal Progressive Therapy
Some of our therapists are in-network for different insurance companies, other are not, and some of our staff have limited availability due to demand. Fees, insurance options and available appointments will be discussed during the initial consultation for new clients, which will be conducted by one of our therapists.
Sliding scale rates may be available depending on family income and family size.

In-Network Insurance:
The following is a list of insurance providers that UPT-NJ accepts on an in-network basis. Please note, however, that not all of our therapists are in-network with all of the insurance companies listed. If you opt to use your in-network coverage, our office manager will try to match you up with an in-network therapist on our staff to work with you.

Out-of-Network Insurance:
You may have an out-of-network benefit for mental health as part of your insurance plan. This benefit helps you to pay for services from therapists that are not in your company’s network. Out-of-network benefits typically require you to pay for treatment up to the amount of your deductible, and then reimburse you a significant percentage of each bill. It is always a good idea to understand your insurance plan and all its benefits clearly. We will help you to do this if you need our assistance.
